Social Protection Centre 1 is established with the purpose to gather street beggars in the neighborhood, as well as orphans who have become malnourished, classifying them, and placing them in foster homes or other social protection organizations run by the Department of Nurturing and Education. They also, organize the management, nurturing, vocational training, and job creation for street children, disabled people, and orphans who have lost their nourishment with the city's budget or money from charity programs

Our mission: At WEMASK, we think that everyone deserves access to the essentials for a happy and healthy life, such as food, clothing, and shelter. As a result, our funds will be utilized to upgrade the center's facilities as well as provide enough food and clothing for the people. The funds will be used to provide quality education to orphaned and disadvantaged children by covering their school fees and giving them supplies such as school bags, clothes, and materials.

FAQs

1. What materials/ fabric do you use in your masks?

We use fabric mask materials and composition recommended by WHO (2022): Inner layer: cotton, middle layer: polypropylene, and outer layer: polyester.

Furthermore, because we understand your need for more trendy masks that are still safe to use, we now offer new models of silk masks.

2. How do I know what right mask size to get?

To get the right mask that fit your face, you should measure from the bridge of nose under eyes, until just below chin. The small size is below 12 cm, the medium size is between 12 and 15 cm and the large size is above 15 cm

3. Can I wear a cotton mask while exercising?

According to WHO, we don't recommend using any types of masks during strenuous physical activity, even if you're in a COVID-19 transmission region, since you risk limiting your breathing capacity. Instead please keep at least 1 meter apart from people when exercising, and if you're exercising indoors, make sure there's enough ventilation.

4. Is silk masks safe and effective to protect me from bacteria?

Surprisingly, yes.

Researchers from the University of Connecticut have discovered that silk is the most efficient barrier and it outperforms other materials like cotton or polyester because it repels moisture. As a result, silk is an excellent alternative fabric for COVID-19 face masks.

5. Can we exchange or get a refund if the mask is not suitable?

At the moment, WEMASK do not accept return or refund if the mask is not suitable for you. So make sure to read carefully the size guide or contact us via phone or email to get further support.

6. How much is the shipping fee?

At WEMASK, we will offer free shipping for every order above 300.000 VND. Which means every other order below that amount will be charged 10.000 VND for standard shipping
